The Latvian Biomedical Research and Study Centre (BMC) acts as the competent authority for JA-PCM implementation in Latvia, coordinating project activities in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Latvia, the University of Latvia (UL), Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU), Riga East Clinical University Hospital (RAKUS), and Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital (PSKUS).

The objective of JA-PCM is to promote the accessibility, effectiveness, and understanding of personalized cancer care across Europe. The project aims to develop integrated healthcare strategies that support patients throughout their life course — from prevention and diagnosis to treatment, follow-up, and survivorship.

JA PCM has received funding from the EU4Health Programme 2021-2027 under Grant Agreement 101233450.
