The collaborative partners from Latvia within previous projects have identified a set of autoantibody biomarkers strongly associated to gastric cancer and having encouraging diagnostic performance. This study is aimed to establish and validate the autoantibody biomarker signature for the development of a diagnostic test of early stage gastric cancer within two geographically distinct populations with high gastric cancer incidence – Baltic and Taiwanese.
