Latvian technology innovation companies LMT and “MikroTik” donated to scientists a high-power data network. It now at this moment provides a 10-gigabit per second data rate, so that research centers and doctors no longer need to transmit sizeable genome data, who measured in hundreds of gigabytes to carry out research and help the responsible authorities to limit Covid-19 distribution as well as treating patients for cancer and other diseases.
