This morning, on 2 December, the Digital Health Breakfast took place at BMC, organized by the Digital Health Society, which brings together health technology companies (Blue Bridge Technologies, DataMed, Meditec, Longenesis), startups (Vigo Health, Medon), healthcare professionals, and experts from various related fields. The event was held in an informal setting over morning coffee.
The aim of the event was to promote closer collaboration in the digital health sector in Latvia by bringing together healthcare institutions, universities, diagnostic centres, startups, research institutes, as well as two foreign startups visiting Latvia. Participants shared insights into their activities and research directions to identify potential areas for cooperation and understand which collaborative pathways could be developed.
The Digital Health Breakfast concluded with a short tour of the Latvian Biomedical Research and Study Centre, introducing guests to the centre’s infrastructure, technologies, and research opportunities.
