Project Objective:

To strengthen the capacity and excellence of the University of Latvia’s academic research and development human capital in smart specialisation areas by promoting an increase in the number of doctoral graduates with the relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as the capacity building of research staff.

Key Project Results:

Establishment of research positions in supported institutions and involvement of at least 91 doctoral students.
